Great and extremely fast service! I was traveling from another country and have dropped, face down, my phone and from this moment felt like entering "stone ages". Good and quick repair, adding some info about the shop:

Tech clinic fixed a mechanical issue with my phone very quickly on a Friday night, saving me a lot of hassle.

I had an incredible experience with "Tech Clinic" ! After accidentally cracking my phone screen on the streets of Rockville, I walked into their store hoping for a quick fix. Not only did they replace my screen the same day, but the quality of their work made my phone look brand new again. The fair price was definitely a pleasant surprise, and the level of customer service I received was exceptional. I can't recommend Tech-Clinic  enough for their efficient service, fair pricing, and friendly staff. I'm temporarily in town for work and had an unexpected issue with my laptop tablet. I contacted Elman last night and gave him the details. My laptop charger wouldn't enter the port and when I tried the port itself gave off sparks. Elman saw me today and clearly told me what he thought might be the issue. Not even three hours later he texted me the attached photo, telling me he had fixed the problem. Whereas elsewhere the response would be to spend days or maybe longer replacing the malfunctioning part, Elman understood my emergency situation (that I'm not from the area, need the laptop for work, and have a pending work deadline) and he instead restored the malfunctioning part at a great rate. We had a nice chat afterwards, too, with Elman revealing how fair, genuine, and kind he is and how passionate he is about what he does for a living. I don't tend to write reviews but just had to write this one. If I have any technology problems going forward, I'll be contacting Elman. Support this man and his business!
